One on One Coaching:
I offer one-hour phone sessions, which are typically scheduled for between 2 and
4 times per month. Between each session clients are often assigned “homework”
to help reinforce what they learned during their time on the phone. E-mail
assistance is available between sessions.
Pricing:
I also offer e-mail coaching, which is a more affordable option and works best for
very goal-oriented people who just need help and small reminders to push them
toward achieving their dreams. Generally there is one initial phone session for us
to get to know one another, with e-mail coaching follow-ups.

- Block of Four Sessions: $300.00
- Block of Eight Sessions: $550.00
